Marking the beginning of a partnership that brings public art to Dallas’s newly built hike and bike trails, the Nasher Sculpture Center and The Loop Dallas have installed Dallas Pyramid (1971) by Beverly Pepper in heart of the city’s Design District. The angular, steel sculpture represents the earliest of the artist’s endeavors to insert sculpture into the landscape, marking a pivotal moment in her career. The sculpture, generously on loan from James Barron Art, will be on view on the Hi Line Connector trail at the cross-section of Hi Line Drive and Slocum Street through spring 2026.
